Repeated circles imply shared rotation, rhythm, and seasonal return. The layered spatial design is clear despite abundant detail, and the warm-cool color structure is controlled. The oversized fan is especially inventive because it names the event while also serving as a visual summary of waves, sparks, and circular movement. Conclusion At first the scene seems crowded with competing attractions, but sustained viewing reveals a coherent network of recurring shapes and lights. The work succeeds by organizing diverse entertainments around the acts of gathering, watching, and moving together under the evening sky.
